ORDERING PROCESS
Submit the inquiry form for the specific finish you desire. We will then schedule a phone call to discuss additional details.
Based on order details, we will provide you with a detailed quote for the product that includes:

An estimate of delivery date
Once you approve the quote, a non-refundable 50% deposit + applicable sales tax is required to secure the order.
We will continuously update you throughout the build process. Should there be any anticipated delays on our end, we will notify you.
If you cancel the order at any time for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.
If there is a major delay (more than 3 months) on our end and the you decide to cancel the order because of that, you will receive a full refund. Note that delays due to Force Majeure are not a valid cause of cancellation.
We will notify you once the speakers are ready to ship and invoice you for the reminder of the payment (rest of the 50% of speaker cost plus shipping and applicable sales tax. Once payment is received we will ship the product to the you.
