Innovo Audio Designs - Speaker Return Policy
1. Overview
Innovo Audio Designs builds custom, hand crafted, individually tuned speakers made for your specific requirements. Because of that, all speaker orders (except demo systems) require a non-refundable deposit at the time of order. All our products go through rigorous inspections and quality tests before shipping to ensure that they will arrive to the customer in perfect condition.
At Innovo Audio Designs, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not fully pleased with your speakers, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, and refund in accordance with the terms outlined below. This policy applies to all speakers purchased directly from Innovo Audio Designs or from our authorized dealers within the United States.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date the speakers were delivered to you.
The speakers must be in like-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
The product serial number must be intact and unaltered.
Speakers showing signs of misuse, damage, modification, or unauthorized repair will not be accepted.
Please Note: Custom-built or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
3. Return Process
Contact our Customer Support at: support@innovo-concepts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Securely pack the speakers using the original packaging and include all accessories.
Ship the speakers. Return shipments must be prepaid and insured. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Upon receipt by Innovo Audio Designs, all speakers will be inspected for any damage. Based on inspection results, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a speakers’ defects or an error by Innovo Audio Designs.
Purchases made with promotional discounts will be refunded at the discounted price paid.
5. Exchanges
If your speakers are defective upon arrival or becomes faulty within the return period, we will replace it with an identical or equivalent model after verification. If the original model is unavailable, customers may select a replacement of equal value or request a refund.
6. Defective or Damaged Speakers
If your speakers arrive damaged or defective, please notify our Support Team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
7. Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will apply for speakers that are not defective or damaged. In the event the speakers are not returned in its original condition or packaging and/or has excessive use, a restocking fee greater than 20% may be assessed based on the speakers’ condition.
8. Refusal Fee
Any package or shipment that is refused for any reason other than shipping damages will be subject to all round-trip shipping/freight charges.
