ORDERING PROCESS
We will provide an estimate of shipping date upon receiving your order.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of speakers’ price + applicable sales tax is required.
If the customer cancels the order at any time for any reason, the customer’s deposit will be forfeited.
If there is a delay in manufacturing/shipping we notify the customer. The customer can cancel the order if there is a major delay (more than 3 months) for a full refund. Note that delays due to Force Majeure are not a valid cause of cancellation.
Once the product is ready and the customer is notified, the customer will need to pay the rest of the payment (second payment of 80% of speakers’ price + shipping + applicable sales tax). Once payment is cleared we will ship the product to the customer.
