Elevate Your Listening Experience: Preorder Your Luxe T1

Each Luxe T1 loudspeaker is handcrafted to order with the highest level of precision and care. To begin your purchase, simply complete and submit the Preorder Form on our website.

Step 1: Deposit & Order Confirmation

Once we receive your preorder, we will issue an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost. This deposit secures your place in our production queue.

Step 2: Production & Progress Updates

After your deposit is received, our team will begin building your Luxe T1 speakers. We’ll keep you informed throughout the production process with regular email updates, so you’ll always know how your order is progressing.

Step 3: Final Payment & Shipping

When your speakers are ready, we will notify you and send a final invoice for the remaining 80% balance, plus applicable shipping charges. Once payment is received, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped to your designated address.

Step 2: Custom Quote & Delivery Estimate

After sourcing is initiated, we will provide you with a personalized quote along with an estimated delivery timeline based on your selected finish and current production schedule.

Step 3: Payment & Order Confirmation

Upon your approval of the quote, we will issue an invoice for 100% of the total cost. Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed and added to our production queue.

Step 4: Ongoing Communication & Craftsmanship

From there, our artisans begin the handcrafting process. We will keep you informed at key milestones via email—ensuring you're connected and confident throughout the journey.

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible throughout the ordering process.

If you choose to cancel your order prior to shipping, please note that your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.

In the unlikely event of a significant production delay on Innovo’s end, and you choose to cancel as a result, we will issue a full refund, including your deposit.

However, please be aware that delays caused by force majeure events—including but not limited to natural disasters, global supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our control—do not qualify as grounds for cancellation with refund.
